The Corvid is a cosmopolitan family of birds known in colloquial English as the crow family.
It is considered to be highly intelligent, as well as a fast learner. Many believe Corvids to be monogamous and often build a strong bond with its life partner. They are also a very social breed and helpful in all aspects to its community. The term “it takes a village” comes to mind.
I started the series during the peak of COVID 19. As others were baking bread while isolating, I was reclaiming any art materials I could. The result is drenched in symbolism.
